01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777as ("777as", "we", "us", "the Platform"), and govern all aspects of your registration, access, and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at 777as.bet and through the 777as mobile application.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 777as platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777as platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 777as Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 777as.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on the 777as platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777as strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the 777as platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 777as or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or licensing partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 777as platform or any affiliated platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

777as reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

03 Account Management

Each eligible user may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 777as platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your account — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777as support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. 777as will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

777as reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where continued operation of the account would conflict with 777as's regulatory obligations.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777as platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the account's verification status.
2. Accepted Payment Methods: 777as currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment channels may be introduced or removed at 777as's discretion with reasonable notice to users.
3. Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 777as account balance in real time, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
4. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on a business day are processed the same day. Requests received after the cut-off time are processed the following business day. 777as does not impose withdrawal fees, although third-party processing fees from payment providers may apply.
5. Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with 777as's KYC obligations. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
6. Inactive Account Balances: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule. Users will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777as offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Players should read these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino games, table games, and certain other titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus balances and associated winnings remaining unconsumed after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in an account at any given time. Players must consume or forfeit an active bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Abuse & Manipulation: Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, low-risk bonus wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements without genuine play, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: 777as reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly accepted and being actively wagered in good faith.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777as platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or fishing games — as published on the platform. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 777as system. Users may not cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant product rules.
• In the event of a manifest technical error resulting in an obviously incorrect price, odd, or outcome being displayed, 777as reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• For sports betting, 777as publishes specific rules for each sport and market type, including settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play betting procedures. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are governed by the cricket-specific rules available in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG used by 777as is independently audited and certified. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, account history, or wagering volume.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets as displayed on the platform. 777as reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any user at its discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777as platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 777as actively monitors for prohibited conduct and will take immediate enforcement action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or fulfil wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or systems. Any such bugs must be reported to 777as support immediately; failure to do so and exploitation of the bug will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Conducting any transaction that may constitute money laundering, fraud, or the financing of unlawful activities. 777as is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technological means to obscure your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Transferring funds between accounts, engaging in chip dumping, or otherwise manipulating account balances in an artificial manner.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777as platform — including but not limited to the 777as brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777as or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777as platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 777as content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 777as intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777as shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 777as has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777as does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or interruptions beyond 777as's reasonable control. 777as will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible following any disruption.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 777as's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777as's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777as account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

777as is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users, accessible at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your net gaming activity for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

11 Account Termination & Suspension

You may close your 777as account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

777as reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 07.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Failure to satisfy age verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by you or your payment provider without prior authorisation from 777as.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring the closure or restriction of the account.

In cases of account termination for cause, 777as reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a material breach, any balance associated with the breach may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777as holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 777as customer support for resolution via the internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 777as's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of the dispute through the above procedure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777as reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777as will notify registered users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 777as platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date clearly displayed, is always available on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
